New Year, New Coffee Spot. Hint: It's Our Kitchen.
If we’re stuck inside anyway, time to upgrade the coffee. We love our local coffee spot but also like knowing exactly everything going in our favorite brew from what kind of water to what type of almond milk. Plus we like the idea of grinding our own beans.
So after much debate over what’s best for the (very) amateur barista - we’re down to the Breville and the Jura. Both around the same price point - both sleek and nice additions to the kitchen. The Jura A1 makes both espresso and coffee as does the Breville Barista Pro. The latter comes in several colors whereas the Jura is just in “piano black” or “piano white.” Overall, reviews from scanning the internet were overwhelming positive for the Jura so … here we go.
